Appro Quench

Appro Quench A is a straight mineral general purpose quenching oil blended from HVI base stocks having good oxidation stability, fluidity and low volatility.

Appro Quench B is further fortified with a polar additive to impart accelerated quenching properties to meet special applications. They have high flash points and offer good heat dissipating properties.

Recommendations

Appro Quench A is recommended in normal quenching operations on steel parts, bearings, drums and metal components.

Appro Quench B is recommended in handling different types of high speed tools,
ball bearings and other components.
